A Safe Place to Begin

Letting Go, One Breath at a Time

Leaving is only the beginning. Long after the abuse ends, its echoes can linger: the jolt of fear at a raised voice, the quiet shame that whispers it was your fault, the anger that has nowhere to go.

I'm Natasha Garner, and I walk alongside women as they untangle what happened, reclaim their voice and rebuild trust in themselves. Like seeds released on the wind, what once held you down can finally be set free.

There is no rush, no judgment and no pressure here. Just space for you.

Common Questions

Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on the present and future: processing emotions, building safety and taking practical steps forward. It can complement therapy beautifully, and I'll always encourage professional support where it's needed.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Everything you share stays between us. Sessions are private, one-on-one and held at a pace that feels right for you.
What if I'm not ready to talk about everything?
That's completely okay. You are always in control of what we explore. We begin with what feels safe and build from there.
What if I'm in danger right now?
If you are in immediate danger, please call your local emergency number or a domestic violence hotline first. Your safety comes before everything else.
